Definitions
Parties: The two parties entering into this agreement are the "Client" and the "Operator".
Client: The person or entity requesting the charter flight service.
Operator: The company providing the service, known as Paperjet Flights.
General
- This quotation corresponds to a specific aircraft; if a change of aircraft is required, the cost may vary accordingly.
- The Client will be informed of any change before the flight, as well as any additional cost, if applicable.
- The quotation is based on aircraft and crew availability and is valid for 7 days.
- Once the terms and conditions contained in this document are accepted, it becomes a legal and binding contract between both parties.
Pricing, payment, cancellation, and check-in time
- All prices indicated in this document are correct as of the stated date, are subject to change without prior notice, and are valid for 7 days.
- Full payment must be made before departure.
- Cancellation notice is required at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- Cancellations within 12 hours prior to the flight will be charged equivalent to one flight hour.
- No-show or cancellation with less than 12 hours notice will result in full service charge.
- A 2% monthly interest rate will apply after 30 days of payment default.
- The Client will be responsible for legal fees arising from overdue invoice collection.
Check-in time
- The Operator company will wait up to 60 minutes after the originally scheduled departure time for all passengers.
- If all passengers have not arrived within those sixty minutes, Paperjet Flights has the right to depart with present passengers.
- If passengers arrive within sixty minutes after the scheduled time, Paperjet Flights may cancel the flight and apply a cancellation penalty.
- If the client arrives more than 60 minutes after the scheduled time, Paperjet Flights reserves the right to charge 12 minutes for each hour or fraction of hour waited.
Departure deferment
- The departure window may be extended by purchasing a 30-minute deferment per hour.
- If the charter operator is delayed between 30 and 60 minutes after scheduled time, the Client will be compensated with 12 minutes for future flights.
- If the delay exceeds 60 minutes, the Client will be compensated with 30 minutes for future flights.
- The Client will be compensated with 30 minutes for each hour of delay, up to the total flight time.
- All compensation is provided in flight hours; no cash refunds or transfers are made.
Documentation
- Photo identification is required from all passengers before the flight.
- In addition, official travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) are each passenger responsibility.
Itinerary changes and change notification
- Itinerary changes are allowed, but are subject to aircraft and crew availability, as well as possible price adjustments.
- Change or cancellation notices must be made in writing and sent via company email within the cancellation period indicated above.
Liability
Paperjet Flights will not be liable for injuries, damages, losses, expenses, indirect, special, or consequential damages, nor for any irregularity caused by defects in vehicles or transport means, or negligence by any company or person involved in transportation or passenger trip organization, nor for accidents, delays, flight schedule changes, cancellations, illnesses, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, or similar causes.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid, and any claim will be resolved according to the laws of the states where our primary place of operations is located.
If the user or passengers attempt, through threats, violence, intimidation, or any unlawful means, to change the aircraft destination or divert its route, they will be subject to the corresponding sanctions established in the current Federal District Criminal Code.
Partial flight termination
- The Client is not responsible for costs arising from aircraft replacement in case of mechanical failure (in this case, charges apply only to completed flight segments).
- If a flight does not reach its destination due to adverse weather conditions, charges will apply for the reached destination and for return of aircraft and crew to base (with or without passengers).
- In case of mechanical failure, the Operator may, at its discretion, provide substitute transport, which will be charged as a supplement to the Client.
- In these cases, charges to the Client apply only to completed flight segments.
Operational
- Aircraft owned or leased by "PAPERJETFLIGHTS" operate under AOC - 269.
- Contracted aircraft operate under their respective permits and certificates, in which case the Operator will hold harmless and indemnify the Client against any loss.
- Additional charges may include catering services, satellite phone, de-icing, ground transportation, and itinerary changes.
- Landing and service fees are estimated and may vary.
